1. How to Delete Your Account
You can request complete deletion of your TradeSignal AI account and all associated data by following these steps:
- In-App Method: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Email Method: Send an email to support@marketsai.se with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your account credentials (email, authentication tokens)
- Your profile information
- Your watchlist and portfolio data
- Your scan history
- Your notification preferences
- Any PRO subscription status (local data)
Note: If you have an active subscription through Google Play or Apple App Store, you must cancel it separately through your device's subscription settings. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
3. Data Retention
After receiving your deletion request:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
4. Third-Party Data
Please note that some data may be stored by our third-party service providers:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication data - deleted with account
- RevenueCat: Subscription data - contact them directly for deletion
- Google Play / App Store: Purchase history - managed by Google/Apple
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including watchlists, portfolios, and scan history will be lost forever.
