1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TradeSignal AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and TradeSignal AI ("we," "us," "Company").

2. Description of Service

TradeSignal AI provides stock trading signals and analysis tools for educational purposes.

2.1 Features

• Stock signal generation: AI-powered analysis of 573+ stocks (US, Sweden, EU)
• Multiple models: 5 signal models (v2.7 FREE, v3.6.1 PRO, etc.)
• Technical indicators: RSI, MA, ATR, momentum, trend analysis
• Regime detection: Bull/Bear/Crash market classification

2.2 Subscription Tiers

• FREE Tier: 3 signals per day, basic v2.7 model
• PRO Tier: Unlimited signals, advanced v3.6.1 King Mode, all 5 models

2.3 NOT Provided

• Brokerage services (we do NOT execute trades)
• Portfolio management
• Financial advice or recommendations
• Guaranteed returns or performance

4. User Obligations

4.1 Eligibility

You must be:

• 18 years or older to use the App
• Legally allowed to use financial services in your jurisdiction
• Not prohibited from using the App by law

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the App to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Share your PRO account with others (one account per user)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data
• Resell or redistribute signals without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the App's operation or servers

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 FREE Tier

• No payment required
• 3 signals per day limit
• Access to v2.7 basic model

5.2 PRO Tier

• Current: Promotional unlock code available
• Future: May change to paid subscription (you will be notified)

5.3 No Guarantees

PRO subscription does NOT guarantee:

• Profitable trades
• Accurate signals
• Specific performance metrics

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App is owned by TradeSignal AI or its licensors:

• Source code, algorithms, and trading models
• App design, UI/UX, and branding
• Signal data and analysis outputs

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Summary:

• We collect: Email, usage data, signal requests
• We do NOT collect: Trading credentials, portfolio data, location
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• Data is encrypted and stored securely

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 "AS IS" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Trading losses or financial damages
• Loss of profits or opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for PRO subscription in the last 12 months, or $25 USD (if using FREE tier).

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Add, remove, or modify features
• Change pricing or subscription terms (with notice)
• Discontinue the App entirely
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

You may delete your account at any time via the App settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden (or your local jurisdiction if required).

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to contact us at support@marketsai.se to resolve the issue informally.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective:

• Immediately upon posting (for minor changes)
• 30 days after notification (for material changes)

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
